Personal data we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send: contact form details, newsletter email addresses handled through Brevo, email messages, and chat messages typed into the AI assistant. Server hosting providers may also process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, date, and requested page for security and delivery.

Why we use it

We use contact details to answer requests, newsletter emails to send briefings when you consent, and technical data to keep the website secure and available. We do not sell personal data.

Newsletter consent

Newsletter subscription is optional and requires a clear checkbox. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@innocorner.com or by using the unsubscribe method in a future newsletter.

AI chat

The AI assistant may send your chat message to a third-party AI provider to generate a reply. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or special-category personal data into the chat. If you need to discuss sensitive information, contact us directly.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. We use necessary browser storage only to remember whether you have seen the privacy notice. Necessary storage is used to make the site work properly and does not require marketing consent.

Sharing and processors

We may use service providers for website hosting, email, automation, newsletter delivery, and AI chat. Brevo processes newsletter subscriptions and delivery. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the requested service.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and related business follow-up. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, unless we must keep limited information to respect suppression or legal obligations.

Your rights
